This will be my third and final public missive on the subject of Illinar this evening. Forgive my bluntness, but the following topic requires sharp and flowerless words. As some of you who have journeyed into Illinar know, those of you attuned to the magic of the region will have access to the Tempest. The Tempest is a Prince of Hell from which female Dark Hand and male Evokers draw their power. Any attempts to invoke the regional magic drawn from the Tempest will be considered an act of aggression against our army. By drawing power from the Tempest you only empower it, and draw it from its slumber. You can not use the Tempest against itself. One of our primary goals in this endeavor is to defeat the Dark Hand.
