Regionals

As of April 13th, 1005, the regionals changed in Tuath Fasach. The magic grew weaker for one reason or another.
Date: 108 One could always still acquire one lower circle spell than their regional was learned at, or one can now choose to enter a certain path: Earth, Air, Water, Fire, or Necromancy(which Rel was very against). Unless one of the then Stewards was able to change it out, this is what I know the regionals still to be as of this date. |
