As a note, to anyone who is confused, this message appeared, physically, in Rel's Grove. Not in Rel's mind or anything else which would require even more extreme magic.

Gwydion's Tower, as I have come to know the answer through Gideon, Laurante, and Seance', has been sunk once more. It rose up out of the Realms, from an unnamed ruined island. Black Star Guild and others assaulted the Tower for different reasons, but the Queen of Faerie asked Ged and Demetria to destroy said Tower. It was mentioned that a man-made "Seeing Place" was at the bottom of this Tower, along with ancient weapons made for the old friends of Queen Maeb. The weapons were stolen by BSG and scattered, and the Seeing Place (along with the Tower) was trashed to the bottom of the sea. - Sir Iawen Penn, KoEF
